| This is just a short history of Willie Georgia for now. We will be adding the story of Willie as we know it from Information in books and our mother.We are going to put the photos we have from Willie on the website and get all the info together and then add it.Willie Georgia was a community of many families who had to leave their homes when Fort Stewart Military Base took the land.Taylors Creek and other communities also lost land to the Military Base.I have no names for some of the photos on here,and some of the names on the photos were hard to read.My mother has helped to put names to Family photos,but some photos are lost in time.If you know who the people are in some of the photos e-mail us and use the subject title as:Willie photos; and we will get back to you.We hope you enjoy the webpage .If you would like to add some photos of Willie..e-mail me with the same subject title;Willie photos.There is so much spam on e-mail and if you use a subject title we can tell is a serious one we can get back to you..Thanks. |
